PRACTICE ONE ON ONE YOGA SESSIONS. (ONE TEACHER AND ONE STUDENT)

SESSIONS ARE TYPICALLY ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. I SUGGEST AT LEAST THREE SESSIONS TO BE ABLE TO BEGIN TO LEARN THE BOUNDARIES, LIMITATIONS, AND HIGHER EDGE IN YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE.

 1 HOUR 15 MIN PRIVATE YOGA SESSION: $85

 

SHARED/COUPLE SESSIONS. $145 PER COUPLE  (1.5  HOURS OF INSTRUCTION)  

 

MEDITATION SESSION: $85

PRANAYAMA (BREATHING TECHNIQUES), AND OTHER METHODS ARE LEARNED TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS BEST IN ORDER TO EXPERIENCE THE MOST PERSONALIZED WAY TO PRACTICE MEDITATION FOR YOUR NEEDS. *RECOMMEND 3 SESSIONS MINIMUM.
